Delivery Policy

For purchases made through the Magniflex Turkey website, delivery services are provided by Horoz Lojistik and DHL Cargo, depending on the order size and delivery location.

The shipping company delivers your purchased products to the apartment door at the address you specified during the order. If you are not present at the specified address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not pick up your package from the branch within three days, it will be returned to us.

In villages and towns where cargo companies cannot deliver to the address, orders are sent to the closest cargo branch to the recipient's address. The recipient is notified when the order arrives at the cargo branch.

In this case, the recipient must pick up the order from the cargo branch. Deliveries to islands across Turkey can be made within the valid restrictions of the cargo companies. After placing your order, you can track it with the cargo company name and tracking number that will be sent to you via SMS.

When the products are delivered to the cargo company, Muyu will send a notification via email. In addition, cargo companies provide information via SMS or phone before the delivery date.

 

Important Information

All deliveries are free of charge.

Mattress products must be delivered to the door. Please inform us if there is any deviation from this.

Products ordered by 3:00 PM on a given day are generally delivered to your door within 3-5 business days.

You must be at your delivery address on the delivery day, following the delivery message sent to you.
