Vacuum-packed. A revolution that takes everyone's breath away.

In 1986, at a time when sustainability was not yet a topic of discussion, Giuliano Magni patented vacuum-packing, an innovation produced at Magniflex that has since revolutionized the mattress industry.

The increase from 3 mattresses per square meter packaged using traditional methods to 13 mattresses per square meter resulted in a 75% reduction in CO₂ emissions from road transport.

The energy that drives us forward is renewable energy.

In 2025, we upgraded our initial photovoltaic system, making it more efficient and aligning it with our sustainability goals.

Thanks to this improvement and the new solar panels commissioned in 2023, we now meet 65% of our energy needs from renewable sources. Our goal is to increase this to over 70% by June 2026: another step towards an increasingly sustainable future.

We give production waste a new life.

A manufacturing activity such as ours, which is 100% Italian-made, produces a significant amount of waste material. However, each piece can become a new resource, a true raw material to be reintroduced into the production process.

We have always done this; we recover 100% of production waste (fabric scraps, fibers, polyurethane, etc.) and turn them into part of new, safe, and sustainable products.

These 17 goals are considered fundamental to ensuring a better and more sustainable future for all inhabitants of our planet. This project, which covers various economic and social areas, aims to improve living conditions for everyone, ensure access to resources, and protect the environment and climate. Thus, future generations can truly wake up to a more livable world every day.

The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate guarantees that our products do not contain toxic substances harmful to humans or the environment in any of their components.

Sustainable Logistics

We care for the environment by combining vacuum-packed logistics (road and rail), which allows us to reduce carbon dioxide emissions (45,100 kg CO₂ reduced in 2015).

EcoVadis ranks us among the top 35% of companies with the highest sustainability performance in its 2025 report. The EcoVadis assessment examines 21 sustainability criteria grouped into four areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
